Fabiana Mazzacani does not consent to the cloning or synthetic imitation of her voice, face or identity, or to the creation of a digital double.

Using recordings and personal data to train or configure AI specifically to imitate her voice, appearance or identity also falls outside any ordinary permission to record or publish.

Any permission for these uses requires a separate, prior written agreement with Fabiana Mazzacani, setting out the purpose, duration, distribution and remuneration.
