About this service
AfterFlow360 is an initiative of Fabiana Mazzacani / Faabulousstuff. It helps adults find people with shared interests and offers short practices. Contact: info@afterflow360.com. These terms cover the current community service. Any separately offered paid service requires its own clear offer and agreement.
Joining and meeting
Joining and sending contact requests are for people aged 18 or over. Provide your own accurate details and confirm your email. A display name is welcome. Share a general location instead of a home address. Each recipient chooses whether to accept a request. Profiles and email confirmation do not establish someone’s identity, qualifications or suitability. An introduction provides a way to connect, without a promise of a response or meeting.
Respect and privacy
Use the service for genuine, respectful connections. Harassment, discrimination, threats, unsolicited marketing, impersonation, scraping and sharing someone else’s private details are prohibited. Keep medical and other sensitive information out of public introductions and contact messages. Respect a declined request and another person’s boundaries. Use shared contact details for the agreed connection, rather than adding people to mailing lists.
Your words
You keep the rights to your introduction. You give permission to display it, alongside your profile, for the community service, including faithful translations where available. This permission ends when the profile is removed. Translation corrections can be requested by email. Terms acceptance is separate from the permission to process your personal data, as described in the privacy notice.
Activities and wellbeing
Meetings and activities are arranged by participants. The website provides general information, rather than personalised medical advice, treatment or supervision. Choose suitable activities, discuss practical arrangements and seek qualified advice where needed. Meet initially in a public place. Cold-water activities require appropriate supervision and safety arrangements; a companion alone does not make them safe. Keep breath holds and intensive breathing exercises away from water, driving and other situations where fainting could cause injury. Stop if unwell and obtain appropriate help.
Reporting a concern
Report unwanted contact, inaccurate profiles, unlawful content or security concerns to info@afterflow360.com. Include the profile or page, the concern and how we can reach you. Share only details needed to review it. We may restrict contact or remove content where reasonably necessary for safety, privacy, legal compliance or a breach of these terms. Where appropriate we explain the decision and provide a way to ask for review.
Availability and responsibility
We take reasonable care in operating the platform. Availability and the conduct of other participants cannot be guaranteed. Participants remain responsible for their own arrangements and conduct. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that applicable law protects, including mandatory consumer and data-protection rights. These terms are not a blanket waiver of responsibility.
Leaving and updates
You can withdraw consent and remove your submitted profiles using profile removal, or contact Fabiana for changes or other requests. Material changes to these terms will be communicated before applying to your participation; any new acceptance will be requested where appropriate. Questions and complaints can be sent to the contact address above. Mandatory legal protections and available legal remedies remain unaffected.
Voice, image & AI
Fabiana Mazzacani’s voice, face and identity may not be cloned or synthetically imitated under ordinary permission to record or publish. Separate prior written agreement is required. Read the full statement.
